In less than a week, over 20,000 safety professionals will be flocking to the annual Safety & Health Expo at London’s Excel Centre. The HANDS HQ team will be in Stand SH2020 showing off our latest feature – Training Register.

Transforming training management

Training Register, launching at the expo, will allow companies to manage the training of their workforce, all in one place.  The training dashboard provides an overview of the status of training in an organisation, so you can easily see what needs to be done to remain compliant. The integration with our RAMS product means you will instantly see whether the person you intend to send to a job has the relevant training.

Safety teams have long struggled with managing the competencies of employees and subcontractors. Hours are lost cross-checking files, checking expiry dates and digging out certificates. There’s constant uncertainty around whether people have up-to-date training to undertake work.

Confidence in team compliance

Training Register will resolve that uncertainty, and deliver previously unattainable confidence in training compliance. Safety managers will be able to see the status of each person’s training in one central location: which qualifications they have, upcoming expiry dates and evidence.

Training Register, launching at the expo, will allow companies to automate the training compliance check for each person when added to a project in HANDS HQ.  It will provide a dashboard overview of training, making it simple to identify exactly what to do to remain compliant.

Safety Managers have long struggled with overseeing the competencies of employees and projects. Hours are lost to cross-checking files, expiry dates and certificates. There’s constant uncertainty around whether people have the right skills to undertake work.

Confidence in team compliance

Training Register will remove all that uncertainty, and delivers previously unattainable confidence that a team is compliant. Safety Managers will be able to see the status of each person’s training in one central location: which qualifications they have, upcoming expiry dates and copies of any certifications.  Documents will be easy to store and easy to retrieve, making auditing and presenting evidence simple.
