Introducing Digital Signatures

by Jamie Carruthers on March 26, 2017

Today, we’re excited to announce the official launch of Digital Signatures.

Until now, getting acknowledgement that the workforce have read a RAMS document has been a manual process; print the document, get the signatures with a pen and paper, then store the physical copy somewhere safe.

But what happens when the document is updated? How do you ensure everyone has the latest copy and has read it?

Digital Signatures revolutionises this process. After creating your project, you can request signatures from everyone added to your project in the supervision and personnel section.

Requesting signatures

They will receive an email with a link to the latest version of your project, where they can read, accept and sign using their mobile, tablet or desktop.

Personnel can review the document on mobile, tablet and desktop

Personnel can sign and accept the document immediately

Should the individual want to reject the project, they can do so, giving a reason.

You’ll be able to see exactly who has and who hasn’t signed, and remind those who haven’t.

See who has signed and when

You can also download the signed document too.

The document with signatures

Should you update the document and want everyone to re-sign it, you can do that too.

This will make links to old versions of the document invalid, so you know people are always working from the latest version.

Links to old versions of the document become expired

Available on Enterprise plans

Digital Signatures is available as an add-on to all customers on Enterprise plans. If you are interested in finding out more, log in and send us a message, or call us on 020 7754 0487.
